Shallot Jam

Shallot Jam
Ingredients
1 lb Fresh Shallots
2 Tablespoons White Granulated Sugar
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons Grapeseed Oil (Can Substitute with Olive Oil)
Let’s Create.
Add thinly sliced shallot to the pan with a small amount of grapeseed oil. Slowly sauté until fully caramelized. ~25-30 minutes
Stir in sugar and soy sauce. Cook an additional 1-2 minutes. Enjoy!
